Each villa sits on a 550 sqm (5,920 sq ft) private plot and features four generously sized ensuite bedrooms, including two primary suites and two junior suites. You are purchasing a defined ownership interest in a luxury 4-bedroom villa within the Naya Zanzibar resort. Your ownership includes both commercial rights, allowing you to participate in the profits generated from guest stays, and usage rights, giving you annual access to enjoy the villa as a vacation home. Each villa is collectively owned by 15 investors, with each investor holding approximately 6.67% ownership.
A traditional timeshare gives you the right to use a property for a set period each year. At Naya, you own a percentage of a luxury beachfront villa, receive annual usage rights, and participate in the profits generated when the villa is rented to guests. You're not simply purchasing holidays—you're participating in an income-generating hospitality asset.
The investment is paid over four instalments: • $22,000 on reservation • $22,000 after 6 months • $22,000 after 10 months • $22,000 upon completion and handover This allows investors to spread their investment throughout the development period.
Your villa is operated as part of the Naya Zanzibar boutique resort and rented to guests throughout the year. After operating expenses and management fees, profits generated by the villa are distributed annually to investors based on their ownership percentage.
Construction is expected to begin in October 2026, with completion and handover targeted for Q4 2028.

Yes. Ownership interests and associated annual usage rights may be transferred to family members, friends, or other eligible individuals, subject to the project's transfer procedures and completion of the required KYC and compliance checks. Owners may also choose to sell their ownership interest in the future, giving them flexibility should their circumstances or investment objectives change. Any transfer or sale will be subject to the applicable terms of the ownership structure and compliance requirements.
Naya Zanzibar is developed and operated by The Nuraya Collection. We manage everything from construction oversight and guest bookings to maintenance, staffing, marketing, and day-to-day operations, creating a hands-off ownership experience for investors.
